Q: hello, i have installed the firecheckout extension on my store. My store sells both to businesses and individuals. Businesses will need to give their vat, business name etc.is there a way to set up firecheckout so that the customer can choose to buy as a business or individual?thank you.

Q: Why the firecheckout module to magento 2 let the customer finish the order when this customer already have an account created and filled the e-mail input with the e-mail of that account and not filled the password input and logged in?

    A: Default behavior of our modules is to request login for customers who already has accounts with same emails. Please contact our support at firecheckout.net/contacts so our developers can check what is wrong.

Q: Hi, in version 3.10.0, under upgrade notes, it mentions better integration with FireGento (Mage Setup). What exactly was enhanced in the integration? The biggest issue I saw before was that when a customer clicks on the Terms and Agreements and the screen with them pops up. In previous versions as well as 3.10.0, there is no button or link to accept them after reading. The customer has to close the pop up, and manually select the checkbox. I believe that without Firegento, in the pop up, there was a link or button to accept the agreement. Could you let me know. Thanks. ORlando.

    A: The link to accepts the agreements was is Firecheckout popup, not the FireGento. The reason why you don't see it anymore - is because we show FireGento agreement popup instead of our own when FireGento module is found.P.S. A better integration was done to FireGento Agreements conditions (FireGento allows to show different agreements depending on product types in the cart)

Q: Firecheckouts adds its comments at the very bottom of the order view page, the same is for checkout fields. Many times I missed informations about order. Please add some kind of icon like (!) on the top of order details view. it will be very handy for all store managers - and its the best option to avoid missing order important info. please find example order grid how it could be done http://prntscr.com/drie8qthanks

Q: I quess this checkout works with Argento as it is shown on the Argento theme. Also does this allow input of a coupon code at the checkout stage as a lot of customers miss the view basket to input the code?
